DIALOG DASHBOARD
The Dashboard provides negotiators with a
people directory, a commons for everyone and a private caucus for
each party, threaded discussions, chat, a chat log, secure email,
a resource binder, document register, shared document drafting, polling,
calendar and news.
CAUCUS
Parties may open a secure Caucus Dashboard for private discussions
among colleagues, lawyers, agents, advisors and consultants.
SECURITY
Access to a matter requires registration of an email address and its
associated password. Passwords are encrypted and only available to the
person who has access to the registered email address and knows the answer
to a security question.
PROFILE
Each negotiator has a personal page with information,
photos and links in the People Directory.
ADVISORS
Lawyers, agents, advisors and consultants
are invited to create a page offering their services and contact
information.
REPUTATION
At the end of each negotiation, the parties
evaluate their advisors. The resulting reputation is displayed on
the advisor’s page.
SPONSORS
To create a sponsor advertisement, please
apply. The fee is $50 per month.

There is a fee of $100 per month payable by each party or side to a negotiation. The fee covers the cost of setting up and hosting the Commons Dashboard and one private Caucus for each side. There is a limit of 20 persons per side and 100 MB of disk space per matter.
The total fees for a two party negotiation is $200. Each party can be represented by any number of negotiators and advisors.
A matter may be opened with only one "side" and one caucus. The Gate Keeper for the matter may limit a caucus to a subset of persons who have access to the matter.

Confidential data will not be used by Dialoggers, Inc. for any purpose except the support of the parties in their negotiation. The parties may negotiate their own terms for privacy and confidentiality among themselves.
